Clear pathways for growth, mentorship and progression Competitive remuneration aligned to your experience Flexible working arrangements may be available, including work from home options Supportive, professional environment with an open-door feel Interesting and challenging Wills & Estates matters across planning, administration and disputes About the role / What you'll be doing You'll lead and shape a diverse Wills & Estates practice, including: Drafting and advising on wills, powers of attorney and succession planning Running probate, letters of administration and estate administration Managing estate disputes and litigation (including Part IV claims, caveat disputes, executor removal applications and related matters) Advising on VCAT administration and guardianship matters Handling trust disputes Supervising work quality, mentoring junior solicitors and supporting legal assistants Taking an active role in business development and sourcing work Your background / What you'll bring Minimum 10 years' PQE in Wills & Estates Strong technical capability across Wills & Estates with excellent drafting and analytical skills Proven ability to supervise legal work and mentor junior lawyers and support staff Proactive file management, high attention to detail, and comfort taking ownership Empathy and professionalism supporting clients through sensitive matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivation to contribute to practice growth through business development Interested in this position?
